Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Chya Mazad America account and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account, then submit the request. This is the fastest way.
If your account can’t be deleted immediately because of an active car, an outstanding balance, an active listing, or
wallet credit, the request is still received. The app shows what’s blocking it, and our support team follows up.
Option 2 — Request by email or WhatsApp
If you can’t access the app, ask us to delete your account directly.
Please include:
- The phone number registered to your account.
- The email address on your account (if any).
- The word “delete” so we can act on it clearly.
Send the request from, or including, the details on your account so we can verify it’s really you. We only use these
details to confirm your identity and complete the deletion.
What Gets Deleted, and When
- Deleted: your account and profile data, your listings and their photos, and your car photos.
- Kept (anonymised): financial and accounting records — ledger entries — and car/shipment history are retained without your identity, to meet accounting and legal obligations.
- Timeline: immediate if nothing needs settling first; otherwise the request is recorded and completed by our team, normally within 30 days.
